1. Activity of OSD Rafineria Gdańska Sp. z o.o. (hereinafter “RG”)
Refinery Gdańsk Sp. Z o.o. operates in the field of providing distribution services at the RG plant in Gdańsk and in the areas adjacent to it on the basis of its license for the distribution of electricity for the period until 2 November 2031. The concession was granted by the decision of the President of the Energy Regulatory Office No DEE/421/15124/W/OGD/2021/WA of 2 November 2021. RG is responsible for running traffic in the distribution network, operation, maintenance and repair and its expansion.

Statement on the freezing of electricity prices
In accordance with the Act of 27 October 2022 on extraordinary measures aimed at limiting the amount of electricity prices and supporting certain customers in 2023, small and medium-sized enterprises and other authorized entities should submit a statement to the Law Office of the Gdańsk Refinery by the end of November, to benefit from the maximum price of electricity under the government solidarity shield. Small and medium-sized enterprises, local government units and other sensitive entities specified in the Act must make statements by 30 November this year. In settlements with public utility customers and companies, the maximum price will be applied at the level of PLN 785 per MWh in relation to consumption from 1 December 2022 to 31 December 2023.
Rafineria Gdańska Sp. z o.o. by decision of the President of the Energy Regulatory Office No. DRE.WOSE.4711.17.6.2021.DSŁ of 2 November 2021 was appointed as the operator of the electricity distribution system in the area specified in the concession for the distribution of electricity.

The rates for distribution services provided are included in the Tariff for electricity distribution services.
Customers to whom electricity is supplied by the energy company Rafineria Gdańska Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Gdańsk, at ul Elbląg 135 also applies the price list of electricity.

Tariff for electricity in the distribution of electricity
The detailed conditions for the use of the distribution network by the users of the system and the conditions and manner of traffic management, operation and planning of the distribution network are specified in subsequent parts of the IRiESD.
