Mohammed Al Hindas
Vice President of the Management Board and Chief Financial Officer

Since December 2022, he has been the Vice President of the Management Board and CFO at Rafineria Gdańska Sp. z o. o., responsible for coordination all issues related to achieving strategic goals in the financial area, managing all financial, accounting and controlling activities, managing all activities in the area of ​​purchasing, ensuring the implementation of audit tasks and the functioning of the complex risk management system. 

Mr. Al Hindas is an international executive with experience in managing complex structures and finances in the energy and petrochemical industries. He also brings a wealth of experience in pre-acquisition and post-acquisition mergers and acquisitions as well as transformation programs. After starting his career in investment banking and private equity, he joined Saudi Aramco where he held key roles in several of the company signature projects. Among them, Saudi Aramco acquisition of SABIC (a Saudi chemical manufacturing company) and Saudi Aramco Initial Public Offering (IPO). He also played an active role in Saudi Aramco Liquid to Chemicals program.

Mr. Al Hindas is a graduate of King Fahad University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM) in Saudi Arabia. He also holds an Executive MBA diploma in Global Finance, obtained with honors at the Thunderbird School of Global Management in the United States. He has completed several management courses, including the INSEAD Business School CFO program for Executives.

He speaks English and Arabic.
