Adrian Szkudlarski
President of the Board
President of the Management Board of Rafineria Gdańska Sp. z o.o. since December 1st 2021. Previously, he was member of the company’s Supervisory Board, having been appointed thereto as of October 14th 2021. In that capacity, he also served, pursuant to the Supervisory Board’s decision, as acting President of the Management Board of LOTOS Asfalt Sp. z o.o. between November 4th 2021 and November 30th 2021.
Graduate of the Gdańsk University of Technology, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering (2006). Additionally, he completed a postgraduate programme in Management for Oil and Gas Industry at the AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków (2012). Holder of a Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate since 2014. In 2019, he earned his MBA for Engineers degree from the Leon Kozminski Academy in Warsaw.
He has been with the LOTOS Group since the very start of his professional career (2006). In 2010–2013, he worked as Maintenance Team Coordinator at the Hydrogen and Sulfur Plant (Grupa LOTOS S.A.). In 2013, he held the position of Head of the B8 Field Development Office (Project Manager at LOTOS Petrobaltic S.A.), from where he went on to become RBI Implementation Coordinator from 2013 to 2014 (Grupa LOTOS S.A.). In 2014, he became an EFRA Project Manager and then, in 2018, EFRA Project Director (responsible for CAPEX of approximately EUR 540m) at LOTOS Asfalt Sp. z o.o.
In June 2019, the Supervisory Board of LOTOS Asfalt Sp. z o.o. appointed him as member of the Management Board, the position he held until November 2020. During that period, he was responsible for refining and logistics operations as well commissioning of the EFRA Project’s Delayed Coking Unit (DCU) and then a successful 30-day Lenders’ Reliability Test of the DCU performed for the Project financing syndicate. Since February 2021, he has headed the Mergers and Acquisitions Office of Grupa LOTOS S.A.
